Registration will close May 21, 2012.

Early fee at latest March 31.

Late fee April 1 - May 21.

On-site registration opens June 13 at 10.00. On-site registration does not guarantee the availability of the conference bag with content.

The conference venue is Slagthuset, Jörgen Kocksgatan 7 a, 5 min behind Malmö Central Station, www.slagthus.se .


Registration includes
• The registration fee for delegates includes access to all scientific congress sessions, satellite symposia, exhibition and poster hall, congress materials, coffee breaks, lunches (hot meals), Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception.


Registered accompanying person, registration fee includes
• Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception
• A guided city walk (Thursday morning)
• Access to catering (coffee breaks and lunch) & exhibition at the conference venue
- Accompanying persons are those who do not actually participate at the congress i.e. they come with an active participant.
- Accompanying persons are not allowed to participate in the scientific sessions.
- Accompanying persons are welcome to participate in the Congress Dinner, 375 SEK, subsidized, see below.

Please note that you can not register for the social events on-site as food and drinks are already ordered then.

• Congress Dinner, at Malmö Opera, Friday June 15 at 19.30, 375 SEK is around 42 EUR, subsidized.
NB! You must register for Welcome Reception, FREE, to obtain a ticket. Otherwise you will not have access.

Visit the Department of Occupational and Environmental Dermatology!
In connection with the congress the Department of Occupational and Environmental Dermatology in Malmö is happy to offer those interested a visit to see our facilities and how we work. The visit takes approximately 2 hours and includes a short introduction of the department, where coffee/tea is served, as well as a study tour around the facilities where our work site is presented station-wise in smaller groups.
 
Visits are possible the following days:
Tuesday 12th of June, 13.00-15.15 hrs
Wednesday 13th of June, 9.30-11.45 hrs

For participation, which is free of charge, please register on the on-line registration. Note that the number of participants that we are able to invite is limited to 30 per day.


Resident, student fees
Participants applying for resident/student fees should submit a proof of their status (a written certification by head of department). After submitting your registration via Internet please fax a proof of your status to fax number +46 40 918 952, attention 11th ESCD. You can also scan the documents and send them as an e-mail to reg@destinationoresund.com.


Nurse, laboratory technician fees
Participants applying for nurse/laboratory technician fees should submit a proof of their status (a written certification by head of department). After submitting your registration via Internet please fax a proof of your status to fax number +46 40 918 952, attention 11th ESCD. You can also scan the documents and send them as an e-mail to reg@destinationoresund.com.


Passport & Visa requirements
Participants are requested to check with a Swedish consulate in their home country or with their travel agency for visa & passport requirements.


Letter of Invitation
The Congress secretariat will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one, once their registration and fee have been received. It is to be understood that such an invitation in intended to help potential participants to obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the congress to provide any financial support. You may request such a letter from the Congress secretariat at latest 2 months before the congress.
The Letter of Invitation will be sent by e-mail as an attached pdf-file.
Delegates who are unable to secure a visa will be able to request a full refund by May 1, 2012. The administration fee does not apply.


Responsibility
The delegate acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speaker or other reasons necessitate program changes. With registration, the delegate accepts this proviso.


Insurance
The organizing committee, Destination Öresund, and Luftkastellet at Slagthuset cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss of property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of the congress. Please check the validity of your own insurance.


Change of name
Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at the same institution, at latest May 1. Contact the Congress secretariat, reg@destinationoresund.com


Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Destination Öresund, reg@destinationoresund.com. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until May 10, 2012 up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 25%. We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after May 10, 2012.
All approved refunds will be issued after the congress. The cost for the refund is on the applicant.
Abstract submitters whose abstracts have been rejected may request a full refund by March 31, 2012. The administration fee does not apply.

Taxes
Swedish VAT, 25%, will be included in the registration fees according to the EU & Swedish Tax legislation.
- Taxable person: Service supplied in Sweden according to Article 53 VAT Directive.
- Non-taxable person: Service supplied in Sweden according to Article 54 VAT Directive.


Confirmation and Payment
• When you have submitted your registration you will receive a confirmation on the screen and by a return e-mail. If not please contact us.
• There is an attached pdf-file, the invoice, with the confirmation which you must open and print out. Send the invoice to your economy department for payment asap. The due date for your payment is on your invoice.
• If you pay by bank transfer it normally takes 7-10 days between banks and we are notified. Please pay in good time!
• You can also choose to pay by credit card, see link below.
• All payments should be made before the congress, at latest on the due date on your invoice.
• The due date for your payment is on your invoice.
• Bring the payment confirmation letter to the registration check-in desk.


Denied payment with card
While we receive card payments 24/7 from all over the world, during the recent years our customers have sometimes experienced problems for the following reasons:

- There are temporary technical problems with the connection
- If a card is issued by a university/governmental institution there might be restrictions on what kind of payments the card can be used for
- Your card might be blocked by your bank for security reasons "due to unexpected activity", for instance because of a payment outside your geographical region

You should do the following if your card does not work:
- Try to register at weekends, nights or mornings when there are better connections
- Try to register with another card
- Ask your bank if it has been blocked

If the card is still not working, you have to register for the conference again, tick the bank transfer (invoice) option and pay the invoice through your bank.
